CUSTOMER CARE

Here is what you can expect if you place an order with Herbarium.

You will receive a confirmation email right away and then your order will be processed within 24 hours. Fresh flower orders go out the next business day and orders for non perishable items are processed within 3 business days.

Please note that at this time we do not ship fresh bouquets, local delivery and pick up only, this includes bouquet subscritions.

Once we've processed your order you may get a follow up email outlining what to expect depending on your purchase. This is true for bouquet subscribers and preservation services. These emails include FAQ, so just hold on for that and see if it answers your questions before emailing us.

If you've ordered items to be shipped, domestic shipping takes up to 7 days but is generally 3-4 days, outside of Canada generally means longer times. Your shipping options and the associated costs will automatically be calculated at the checkout.

Shipping costs cover tracking number, insurance and fuels surcharges.

Return policy:  If you are not completely in love with the items you receive, please send me an email and let me know, I will be happy to hear your feedback and will be able to recommend a solution.

If a return is necessary, you can send items back to me to receive a refund, please ship within 7 days of receiving your items to be reimbursed. The items must be returned to me (return shipping costs not covered) and be in the original condition in which they were received. Refunds/Returns are not offered on commissions, fresh flowers or preservation projects. Note that we always send draft layouts before mounting your preserved bouquets. That is the time to make any changes to your order.

Please follow the care instructions provided with your items, some products have special care requirements.

I appreciate your support and I am happy to answer questions you might have about material sources or production processes, feel free to send me an email or to follow me on Instagram to learn more.

Thanks,

Jess Stacey
